Shipping and Returns

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Once your order's ready, shipping and delivery within contagious US will take about 3-5 business days.

If you're not satisfied with your new glasses, you have 7 days after delivery to initiate a return. Please email us at support@marylois.com for instructions.

Returned items should be in new and unworn condition, free from any scratches, marks, make-up, etc. and should come with the full packaging (microfiber cloth, box, sunglasses case).

Note that sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges/refunds.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the glasses to make sure that they are in new and unworn condition. Once our standards are met, we will issue your refund.

Depending on your bank issuer, your refund may be reflected in your account within 3-10 business days after our approval.

Absolutely! To do so, please return your order to us. The merchandise should be in new, unworn condition. Once we receive and confirm the condition of your returned item, we will be sending you an email for exchange instructions.

 

Order Status

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@marylois.com within 24 hours of order placement. 

However, please keep in mind that we cannot cancel your order anytime after we ship your order.

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot add or remove items in the same order. Please place a new order and we can help you cancel your former order.

However, you should let us know right away if you want to cancel your order and place a new one. We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed and shipped.

Please make sure that you review your information carefully before order placement. Moreover, if you accidentally entered a wrong address, send us an email us right away at support@marylois.com so we can help you fix it.

However, once we ship your order, we can no longer modify the address. We are not responsible for any loss and or additional fees associated to an incorrect address. 

Usually, this happens when a customer enters a wrong email address on the checkout page. Please send us an email at support@marylois.com so we can edit your information.

We will send you a tracking number after we ship your order. You can track it through UPS, USPS or FedEX portal, depending on your selected shipping method.
